About

To inspire change, we must continue to drive the discussion around equality and equity in the iGaming industry. That is why we are hosting a Diversity & Inclusion Conference as part of the Women in Gaming Awards for the second year in a row.

While some progress has been made, gender inequality in the workplace continues to persist. It takes many forms, such as unequal pay, disparity in promotions and biases.

This conference is a great opportunity to discuss what we can do to bridge the gender divide and promote equality and equity in our industry, with the main focus on how we can overcome the gender pay gap and continue to take steps in the right direction.

We will also delve into the controversial subject of beauty bias in the workplace – how it may affect opportunities and what you can do about it – as well as share with you how to stand out from the crowd and build a personal brand to set you up for success.

Join us for a half day of motivational and thought-provoking keynote speeches, panel discussions, interactive roundtable discussions and great opportunities for networking!

Jesper Svensson, CEO of Betsson Group, speaking at our first Diversity & Inclusion Network event (Ta’Xbiex, Malta).
